This site was created with love and a deep desire to help parents-to-be and parents feel informed, confident, and truly prepared. Here, I share the real, honest side of conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — including the things that aren’t always talked about — along with practical, evidence-based education to guide you every step of the way.
