Refund Policy

RN Prenatal, Postpartum & Breastfeeding Coaching Services

This Refund Policy applies to all coaching packages, sessions, and services provided. The purpose of this policy is to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency while honoring the time, expertise, and preparation that goes into each session.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. All coaching packages and single-session purchases are non-refundable once services have begun.

1.2. Coaching is an education- and time-based service; therefore, refunds cannot be issued for completed or missed sessions.

1.3. Package payments are required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is mutually agreed upon.

2. Cancellation & Missed Session Policy

2.1. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

2.2. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or sessions where the client does not attend—are marked as completed and are not eligible for a refund.

2.3. If I must cancel or reschedule for any reason, the session will be rescheduled at no cost to you.

3. Refunds for Unused Sessions

3.1. Unused sessions within a package are generally not refundable.

3.2. At my discretion, unused sessions may be converted to:

  • Postpartum support sessions

  • Emotional support sessions

  • A credit toward a different coaching package

  • Future pregnancy support

3.3. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

4. Pregnancy Loss, Complications, or Unexpected Outcomes

I recognize that not all pregnancies continue as planned. Compassion and flexibility are prioritized.

4.1. If you experience a miscarriage, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, or medical complication that prevents continuation of prenatal sessions, you may convert any unused sessions into:

  • Emotional support or grief processing sessions

  • Post-loss physical recovery education sessions

  • Credits toward a postpartum healing package

  • Credits toward a future pregnancy package

4.2. Refunds are not automatically issued after a pregnancy loss, as time, education, and support have already been provided up to that point.

4.3. If the pregnancy ends before sessions begin, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion, less any administrative or preparation fees.

5. Digital Products & Educational Materials

5.1. PDFs, guides, worksheets, and digital resources are non-refundable once delivered.

5.2. If a technical issue occurs, I will re-send or provide corrected materials.

6. Payment Plans

6.1. If a payment plan is used, all scheduled payments must be completed.

6.2. Failure to complete payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Removal from the coaching schedule

  • Potential cancellation of future sessions

6.3. Payments already made under a payment plan follow the same non-refundable guidelines.

7. Service Satisfaction

7.1. I strive to provide exceptional support. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please communicate your concerns so they can be addressed promptly.

7.2. Dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund but will be taken seriously and handled professionally.

8. Agreement

By purchasing any coaching package or session, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
